Fat or Healthy you Choose!

If  you eat  sugar you have to get exercise  or you can get fat!!  You do not want to get fat because then you can't run  that fast and it is not fun!!! Healthy food includes lettuce, salad, broccoli, strawberries and peppers. Fat foods are cookies, cake, ice cream, brownies and that is it. Don't forget to run at least one mile a day or walk.
