The main characters are Blitz and his friends.  There is a Plesiosaurus and she has no friends. So they go to a leprechaun and travel back in time so she can find a friend.  But it is too dangerous to stay. So they go back to the present and the leprechaun has a cousin that is a Plesiosaurus who lives in West Virginia.  She swims there  and they are friends now.
